Who’s eligible?
- Any property owner, or any applicant with written approval from the property owner, located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Virginia, or Delaware. Eligible properties include commercial buildings, schools, nonprofits, municipal sites, and private properties.
- The mural must be visible and open to the public, as we’re focused on promoting and celebrating public art.
- Must be able and ready to receive mural within the year of 2026.
